Grant-Ready is an AI-powered pre-award grant workflow platform designed to assist nonprofit organizations with grant discovery, drafting, and pipeline management. The Platform uses artificial intelligence tools to generate content based on user-provided inputs.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization using the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Content generated by the Platform's AI tools is provided as a drafting aid only. Grant-Ready does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or funder-appropriateness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any application materials.
All Platform code, design, and branding are the property of Grant-Ready. Content you upload or generate through the Platform remains yours. You grant Grant-Ready a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grant-Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of funding opportunities, application rejections, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
