Why We Built Grant-Ready™
Grant-Ready™ was created after years of working with organizations exploring how AI can responsibly support nonprofit operations. One challenge surfaced consistently: grant opportunities are fragmented across many sources, and nonprofit teams spend significant time simply trying to locate relevant funding and structure strong applications.
Grant-Ready™ helps nonprofits surface aligned grant opportunities faster and generate structured first-draft narratives aligned with funder questions so teams can focus their time on refining proposals instead of starting from a blank page.
About the Founder
George Fountain
Founder, Fountain Innovation Group
George is a veteran U.S. Army officer and has spent many years working with nonprofit and public-sector organizations both as a grantor and a grantee. Over the course of his career he has helped design, build, and manage some of the largest federal grant management IT systems used by government agencies.
He has also worked at a large federal consulting firm helping organizations implement complex technology initiatives and improve operational performance.
Grant-Ready™ and StAIR-Ready™ were created because many nonprofit organizations cannot typically afford the type of strategic and technical work George performs for large institutions. This platform is designed to make those capabilities accessible at a level nonprofit organizations can realistically use.
